Two employees at ARBURG Ltd celebrated long service awards in December.
 
Kim Sharpe who works in the internal service department and Gary Blackett ARBURG Ltd's technical support engineer both celebrated long service awards in December having worked for the company for 25 and 10 years respectively.
 
Kim started his working career with ARBURG in September 1984 as a 'bench repair engineer' with ARBURG's agent at that time, H&K. His role then was working on, servicing and repairing thermionic controls. He progressed from this to the repairing of Polytronica and Hydronica control panels. By 1993/94 he became a member of the service help line team for service and spares, a role many customers will know him from.
 
Gary started with ARBURG Ltd on 1st April 1999 as a technical support engineer, a new position for the company at that time. Since then he has been actively involved in many ARBURG open houses, technical seminars, tool trials, training and optimisation visits to customers throughout the UK and Ireland.
 
The management team at ARBURG Ltd would like to thank both of them for their service to the company date.
