At the Fakuma 2008 the ALLROUNDER GOLDEN EDITION was presented with a MULTILIFT V SELECT for the first time. With this new combination ARBURG offers a complete production unit including guarding with all electrical connections, conveyor belt and CE certification.
 
This robotic system performs a majority of removal and set-down tasks on the injection moulding machine. Of particular interest is the connection between the machine and the robotic system, which is “intelligent” on both sides, thereby ensuring low cost. The complex electrical system of the MULTILIFT V SELECT is integrated centrally, directly in the device. Programming and control of the integrated robotic system is performed via the SELOGICA control system.
 
Programming is particularly simple thanks to the teach-in function. The single steps are being executed manually and the various positions are simply confirmed via the "Teach" button. All the necessary parameter entries are then checked and performed automatically in the control system. Simultaneously, the SELOGICA ‘direct’ control system independently generates the robotic sequence and integrates it into the machine cycle.
