They offer a complete service from initial design to final manufacture offering both standard and bespoke solutions with applications across a wide range of sectors including Cranes; Ports; handling systems; transport and construction. Conductix-Wampfler believe their strong market position is greatly supported by the large amount of in-house manufacture carried out at the Baltinglass site in County Wicklow where they have been operating since 1974.
Conductix-Wampfler studied the market thoroughly before selecting ARBURG as their partner for the future. Now the machines have been installed Conductix-Wampfler have started to see the benefits of programming tools using the SELOGICA Direct touch screen control system., these benefits have been in both the speed of tool setting and also cycle time.
Simon Wrighton Sales Manager for ARBURG Ltd recently visited the site, to ensure they were getting the maximum out of the machines and was pleased to see how well the setters were getting on with programming SELOGICA, the shot to shot consistency was fantastic, a true testament to the skill level employed at Conductix-Wampfler and the ease of use of the SELOGICA control.
Jonathan Wilson (Production Manager) / Marian Roberts (General Manager) mentioned how pleased they were at Conductix-Wampfler with the new ARBURG machines. “The installation process went very smoothly and both machines have been working fully to specification without any problems.
