The ARBURG Remote Service (ARS) enables access to important production data from within the customer's company network or from outside. External access can be established simply via the internet. A standard Ethernet network between a PC and the ALLROUNDERs is a requirement. Service and user-support by ARBURG is then directly possible for all ARUBURG ALLROUNDERs via the SELOGICA control system. Moreover, ARS and the ALLROUNDER@web machine interface also allow ARBURG access to the production data, screen pages and data records of ALLROUNDERs via the internet during production. All persons with access rights have immediate access to the machine and production data.
