The MULTILIFT H grips into the mould horizontally from the rear of the machine, leaving the space above the clamping unit free. Another major advantage is the reduction in the number of axes, resulting in shorter and quicker strokes, whereby short cycle times can be achieved.

The MULTILIFT V is arranged above the machine and removes the moulded parts vertically from the mould. Three servo-electric axes are also able to perform complex set-down tasks quickly and precisely. Its field of application mainly lies in the area of highly-complex insertion, removal and set-down tasks. It is just as easy to fill containers that have a high packaging density as it is to stack moulded parts or to insert intermediate layers.

The entry model MULTILIFT SELECT is a low-cost, servo-electric robotic system with predefined features, which covers a lot of standard robotic system tasks.

To allow for a simple and reliable programming of rather complex movements the SELOGIA operating philosophy was transferred to the user interface of a Kuka six-axis robotic system. ARBURG cooperated closely with FPT, the OEM integrator for Kuka robotic systems, in this matter.
