When automation of manufacturing extends beyond the simple production process involving a standard injection-moulding machine, the terms ”projects” or sometimes ”production cells” are used. These complete solutions include the corresponding robotic systems and additional peripherals in addition to the injection moulding machine. In collaboration with the customer, the ARBURG project department carries out optimum planning and implementation of production cells for all aspects of the ALLROUNDER and the robotic system. Even the most sophisticated integration solutions are no problem for the ARBURG engineers.

ARBURG not only provides individual customer support in this area, it is also responsible for the complete planning process from applications engineering development, on-site installation and commissioning through to comprehensive services for the entire installation.
