ARBURG offers its customers machines and robotic systems from a single source. The machine is programmed and controlled via the central SELOGICA control system. A high degree of convenience is guaranteed here both by virtue of the operating principle with schematic sequence programming and the option of saving the respective MULTILIFTs integrated data record together with that of the mould.

Pickers are the simplest and most cost-effective removal solution offered by the ARBURG robotic system range. They are primarily used for sprue removal. Depending on moulded part geometry and weight as well as machine equipment, part removal or the separation of reject parts or random samples are also possible.

For demanding robotic tasks, the ARBURG range includes the MULTILIFT robotic systems. In addition to sprue and part removal, depending on the MULTILIFT version, it is possible to perform highly complex insertion, removal and set-down operations. These versions do not rule out, but much rather complement one another.

ARBURG also offers manufacturing facilities for automated production. These complete solutions include the relevant robotic systems and additional peripherals in addition to the injection moulding machine. In collaboration with the customer, the ARBURG project department is involved in the perfect planning and implementation of production cells for all aspects of the ALLROUNDER and the robotic system. Even highly sophisticated integration solutions pose no problem.
