The injection units of ALLROUNDER V machines can be set up both vertically and horizontally for injection into the parting line. They differ with regard to unit size, screw diameter, hydraulic and electric expansion stages and wear resistance categories. Standard and special screws are available as are special coatings, which are adapted to the various material properties. This enables the use of a wide range of injectable material types including, for example, thermosets and silicones. For replacement of the cylinder modules, a rapid-connect coupling for the screws and a central plug connection for the supply lines ensure fast connection without errors.
