The ALLROUNDER V series comprises compact vertical machines from ARBURG, designed specifically for the encapsulation of manually introduced inserts or for integration in automated production lines. The free-space system in the area of the clamping unit and the low table heights with fixed mounting platen positioned at the bottom ensures comfortable ergonomic working. The injection units of ALLROUNDER V machines can be set up both vertically and horizontally for injection into the parting line. Different screw geometries and wear-resistance categories are available, enabling the use of a wide range of injectable materials such as thermosets and silicones, for example. Flexibility is further enhanced by rotary or sliding tables.

ALLROUNDER V machines are particularly suitable for the encapsulation of inserts. The vertical design of this standard machine with so-called free-space system in the area of the clamping unit, separates the guidance of the movable mould platen from the force build-up. The result of this design is no tie bars in the mould installation area. The mould is freely accessible from three sides, enabling convenient and safe working. The low table heights of ALLROUNDER V machines are ideal for the manual insertion and removal of moulded parts. In addition, the constant table height enables automated part feed to be achieved with ease.

All ALLROUNDER V machines impress through their compact design and resulting small footprint. This makes them ideal for use in production environments with limited space. There is consequently more room for manoeuvre during installation planning. Full integration in differently designed production lines can also be achieved with no problem.

All injection units of the ALLROUNDER V offer the customary high plasticising and moulded part quality. Machine versions with rotary or sliding tables enable the simultaneous insertion and removal of moulded parts. The result is reduced cycle times and a higher output. The different machine versions can also generally be integrated without problem in automated production lines.
