The special advantage of the vertical clamping units of all ALLROUNDER V machines is their configuration as socalled free-space systems. In the area of the clamping system, there are no tie bars which can be a hindrance when installing the moulds or when inserting and removing items. This system enables the problem-free and therefore cost-effective use of different mould constructions. Uncontrolled displacement of the inserts is prevented due to the fixed mould platen being positioned at the bottom. The compact design and the alternative use of rotary and sliding tables on the machines makes possible effective automated part production as well as the integration of ALLROUNDER V machines in production lines.
