The ALLROUNDER T series comprises vertical rotary table machines from ARBURG, specially designed for the automated encapsulation of complex inserts. What makes them impressive is their modular design with several alternative hydraulic and electric expansion stages and different equipment versions. With this series, individual, cost-efficient configurations can be achieved. As the tie bars are positioned outside the table diameter, the rotary table provides a generous amount of free space for securing the moulds. This makes the ALLROUNDER T machine series perfectly suited to the often highly specialised injection moulding requirements that characterise this particular segment today. 

Ideal for automation, as well as reduced cycle times and a higher output: ALLROUNDER T machines work with two-station rotary tables as standard, allowing the simultaneous removal and insertion of moulded parts during the moulding process. More complex and demanding production processes can be achieved with threestation rotary tables. Here, the centre of the rotary table remains free for cooling water circuits and electrical connections. Yet another impressive feature of this machine series is its suitability for the integration of various peripherals via the freely programmable SELOGICA machine control system.

ALLROUNDER T machines are ideal for adaptation to the various tasks involved in the encapsulation of inserts. The injection units can be set up both vertically and horizontally for injection into the parting line. The machines’ individual adaptability is further enhanced by a large choice of injection units, different screw diameters, wear-resistance categories for cylinder modules and alternative screw geometries and even high-performance and hybrid versions. What’s more, ALLROUNDER T machines also permit several components to be processed.

For effective cycle time reduction, the rotary tables of the ALLROUNDER T are generally independent from the injection moulding process itself. Here, a servo-electric drive permits fast, very precise mould movements and low energy consumption. Programmable, closed-loop-controlled speed ramps ensure smooth acceleration and braking.
