The rotary table of the ALLROUNDER T enables the simultaneous injection moulding and insertion/removal of moulded parts. Thanks to the horizontal working position, these machines are particularly well suited for high-volume production of inserted components. The machine is equipped with two independently operating safety gates. The safety gate located at the front of the machine remains closed during the clamping unit movements. The other safety gate separates the injection area from the insertion/removal area so that the moulded part can be removed and the insert positioned simultaneously to injection.
The rotary table is driven via a hydraulic motor. The energy sources are routed through the central bore of the rotating platen. Swivel connections for various media are also available as options.

With the rotary table, two mould stations are provided as standard; a three working-station version is optionally available. The rotary table of the ALLROUNDER T is extremely versatile by virtue of these two equipment versions.

		In the two-station version, the table rotates 180° backwards and forwards.
		In the three-station version, the table rotates 3 times by 120° in a clockwise direction.
