The term "data management" refers to the EDP-based additional modules available from ARBURG: AQS quality assurance, ALS host computer system, AQC quality control, ARS remote access and COPYLOG floppy disk management.

The ARBURG THERMOLIFT combines the advantages of a drying and conveying system for plastic granulates in a machine-compatible unit. Up to two injection moulding machines can be fed using the appropriate additional equipment.

The "electro-mechanical dosage" module enables greater flexibility in material preparation and consequently of the entire machine cycle. With the dosage axis, which operates independently of the central hydraulic system, savings can be achieved in the ALLROUNDERs' energy consumption, benefits in terms of time savings for the complete cycle and increased productivity. 

The ARBURG unscrewing units facilitate universal and precise thread demoulding of parts with internal and external threads. Both hydraulic and electric versions are available, which can be screwed in and out either time- or stroke-controlled, or with a fixed stop. Different versions permit the units to be mounted on the machine or on the mould.

The mechanical ARBURG rapid clamping system for standard moulds makes mould changes quick and simple. Each of the two mould halves are positioned accurately via four screw-type clamping elements. Mould supports and various adaptors are also available as accessories.

ARBURG offers two print converter configurations for different ALLROUNDERs: one in the form of a USB printer and the other as a USB stick. This print converter is sold exclusively through ARBURG.
