Dassault Systèmes are one of the leading global suppliers of 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Solutions. They are exhibiting at this year's “Hannover Messe Industrie“ from 20 to 24 April 2009 (hall 17, stand C 40). The company cites ARBURG as an example of how medium sized engineering companies can benefit from an integrated PLM platform.
 
Through the use of the "Digital Factory" the entire creation process of a product – from concept through analysis and simulation to manufacturing – is supported with PLM solutions from Dassault Systèmes.
 
An exhibit of an ARBURG machine provides the practical relevance: On the stand is a functional production cell built around an ALLROUNDER 370 S, which injection moulds and assembles a toy buggy.
 
The complete product lifecycle with solutions from Dassault Systemes is demonstrated in a live show. In parallel, on the stand and illustrated on TV screens all aspects of product lifecycle management such as design, simulation, product data management and manufacturing are examined and visualized.
