The week after Chinaplas' close, ARBURG is very happy with the positive results. The feedback of the numerous visitors, who visited the ARBURG booth, was overwhelmingly positive as well. With all four exhibits, the capability of the hydraulic and electric ALLROUNDERs was perfectly demonstrated. Again, the cup application was the absolute highlight: An electric ALLROUNDER 420 A produced cups in 2.2 seconds cycle time on a two-cavity mould. For the first time overseas, the new hydraulic, vertical ALLROUNDER 275 V was also at show. The produced bottle openers did have well acceptance. The hydraulic ALLROUNDER 420 C GOLDEN EDITION produced a stack box of PP. The last of the four machines on display, an ALLROUNDER 420 C, was running a two-component application using a thermoplastic material. An ice scraper was produced in a 1+1 mould from LSR and PC in a cycle time of 62 seconds using specialised LSR processing equipment.
