ARBURG will present itself in two senses of the word at the Plastimagen, which will be held in Mexico City from 8 to 11 April 2008. On the one hand, ARBURG’s new Mexico subsidiary will celebrate its debut. On the other, trade visitors will be able to gain an impression of the high performance of ARBURG’s products.

The exhibit at the Plastimagen is an ALLROUNDER 470 C GOLDEN EDITION with a clamping force of 1,500 kN and a size 400 injection unit. Equipped with a 24-cavity mould made by Schöttli, so-called overcaps for use in the medical technology sector are produced. The cycle time of this application is approximately seven seconds.
