Organisational objectives
ARBURG's organisational structure follows the corporate principle of combining tradition and innovation in the best possible manner. An informal atmosphere has always been combined with up-to-date management methods. Flat hierarchies, an open door policy, teamwork and business process optimisation in the company's core units are the key elements of the corporate culture and are pursued consistently.
Technology and production, sales and controlling
The new generation of managing partners, Juliane Hehl, Renate Keinath and Michael Hehl, took over the chairmanship of the management team on 1st January 2005. Juliane Hehl presides over the Marketing division, Renate Keinath is responsible for the Human Resources and Benefits division, and Michael Hehl, as head of the Plant Development division, is also taking on the role of spokesperson for the management team. Businessman Eugen and Engineer Karl Hehl will continue to serve on the management board in a consulting capacity. In charge of operational activities are Technical Director, Herbert Kraibühler, and Managing Director of Finance and Controlling, Michael Grandt, two proven experts who have many years of experience in their respective sectors as well as in the company, and who have been responsible for groundbreaking decisions which have contributed to the long-term success of the company. As the new Managing Director of Sales, Helmut Heinson has been contributing his extensive experience for machine and installation construction since 1st January 2005.
The core units at ARBURG
All the business activities are divided into five core processes which are constantly monitored and structured by means of the management tool of business process optimisation. These processes are: procurement, development, production, sales and service. The internal organisational structures are consistently developed in a manner that ensures maximum efficiency of the company. Here again, the aim has been to make every effort in order to satisfy all our customers as fully as possible through the manufacture of optimum products and integrated service offerings.
