All the business activities are divided into five core processes which are constantly monitored and structured by means of the management tool of business process optimisation. These processes are: procurement, development, production, sales and service. The internal organisational structures are consistently developed in a manner that ensures maximum efficiency of the company. Here again, the aim has been to make every effort in order to satisfy all our customers as fully as possible through the manufacture of optimum products and integrated service offerings.
