All ARBURG products are characterised by its proverbial modularity: All the ALLROUNDER machine technology can be individually combined and thus adapted to the relevant operational requirements. This applies not only to the standard machines, but also to the multi-component ALLROUNDERs, the PRELINERs for the production of preforms as well as the vertical machines and the ALLROUNDERs for PIM, LSR, thermoset, elastomer and GIT processing.

All the ARBURG robotic systems are perfectly adapted to the ALLROUNDER technology and fully integratable in the SELOGICA control system. From the INTEGRALPICKERs H and V through to the MULTILIFT removal robots H, V and HV. Where more complex applications are required combining the machine and robotic systems, the ARBURG project department comes into play with its expertise and consulting. As a main contractor, ARBURG handles the entire process from the design of the entire facility and its individual components, development, mould design and construction and control system adaptation through to commissioning and maintenance of the finished production cell.

With the ARBURG accessories, the manufacturers of moulded parts can optimise material preparation as well as assuring the quality of production. These include the data administration and quality management tool, AQS, the host computer system, ALS, as well as the THERMOLIFT for combined material pre-drying and conveying. The additional "electro-mechanical dosage" module, the unscrewing units and the rapid clamping systems ensure easy mould changing.
